2023年10月，璞跃中国Plug and Play China将硅谷的科创社群活动引进中国，以Global Tech Network为名每月在上海举办，旨在中国搭建更广阔的舞台，为全球科技创新落地中国，华人归国创业，以及本土企业出海搭建国际化、高质量的科创交流平台。
每场Global Tech Network都会邀请10余位行业领袖分享观点，平均每场吸引300多人现场参会，线上直播观看达10000人次，30家媒体报道。
2024年5月31日，Global Tech Network在上海如期而至，以「生物科技×未来生命，引领美丽健康绿色发展新范式」为主题，邀请众多龙头大企业代表、初创企业创始人齐聚一堂，分享被誉为第三次生物技术革命——合成生物的创新发展与产业融合，探讨生物科技在食品、健康、美丽、材料等多元应用场景的无限可能。
In October 2023, Plug and Play China introduced Silicon Valley's science and innovation community activities into China, and organized them monthly in Shanghai under the name of Global Tech Network, aiming to set up an internationalized and high-quality science and innovation exchange platform.
Each Global Tech Network invites more than 10 industry leaders to share their insights, attracting an average of more than 300 on-site attendees, 10,000 online live stream viewers and 30 media reports per session.
On May 31, 2024, Global Tech Network is coming as scheduled, with the theme of “Biotechnology x Future Life, Leading a New Paradigm of Beauty, Health and Green Development”, inviting many leading large enterprises and startups to gather together to share the innovative development and industrial integration of synthetic biology, which is regarded as the third biotechnology revolution, and exploring the unlimited possibilities of biotechnology in food, health, beauty, materials and other diversified application scenarios.
